Return and Exchange
This return policy applies to the following country: United States
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt.
Products can be easily returned. If you are not satisfied with your order, received the wrong product, or if the product is defective or does not fit, you can contact our customer service via email at support@clamantina.com to assist you with returning your product and receiving a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, the product must still be in its original packaging.
Return Costs: Are the responsibility of the customer. The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies to both unsatisfactory products and non-defective products.
Refunds: Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to the payment method used during the order within 7 days.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or refunds are denied.
- Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
- Any item with missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Personalized items such as certain rings and jewelry are custom-made, and a 25% return shipping fee will apply upon return.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@clamantina.com.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return:
To return damaged or incorrect items, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service via email at support@clamantina.com.
- Include a photo with a description of the damaged or incorrect item and the order number associated with the item. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will contact you to determine the desired outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
